Wide Open Spaces

Fairview became incorporated in 1958 with 50 residents voting from Fairview Grocery. Currently, almost 9,000 people call Fairview home. In 2005, Fairview's first municipally-owned park, Creekside Park, opened up and includes trails and play areas for all to enjoy.

There are also several other areas throughout the town that you can soak up the Texas sun. Also, if you are looking to find a home on a bigger lot surrounded by expansive open spaces and quick access to fantastic shopping, then this is the place you need to look.

Fairview Town Hall
Fairview is part of two excellent school districts: Lovejoy ISD and McKinney ISD. Although only two schools (Puster Elementary and Sloan Creek Middle) are actually in the town of Fairview, there are good schools all around that can accommodate any family choosing to call Fairview home.
